How you get what you buy

Free delivery for orders over £30!

We deliver local foods, wholefoods, organic foods and other ethical products to all of Norfolk and Suffolk, as well as parts of Essex and Cambridgeshire. To find out if we deliver to you and which round you are in please use our postcode checking tool.

If you are in one of our delivery areas then we will deliver your order for free when you spend over £30 with us. For orders totaling less than this there will be a delivery charge of £4.50.

We currently deliver fortnightly on Thursdays and Fridays, alternating week to week between our different rounds. So if you can have your order in by 2pm on the Monday of the week that we deliver to your area then that would be great. Otherwise, If we do not receive your order by this time, it will be included on our next delivery run to your area a fortnight later.

If you don't live in one of our delivery areas - don't panic - we also offer a courier service (excluding our chilled goods) so you can still get home delivery from our fantastic product range! Please contact us for further details.
